As you may have noticed PSI Washington has moved to a new helpdesk system. This system provides instant feedback on ticket status and complete functionality via email. All correspondence and updates will occur through email replies. 

A helpdesk ticket is created automatically by emailing

LawsonSupport@psi.org for all Lawson related request. (fieldsupport@psi.org will no longer be used. All field and Washington Lawson Issues will be submitted to LawsonSupport@psi.org)
